An e-invoice is a digital representation of transactions between suppliers and buyers intended to replace traditional paper or electronic invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
It includes essential information similar to traditional documents, encompassing supplier and buyer details, item descriptions, quantities, prices before taxes, tax amounts, and total sums.
These details are crucial for recording transactional data in day-to-day business operations.
However, it's important to emphasize that invoices must be validated and stored in the IRBM database to be considered e-Invoices.
Invoices that are not validated and stored should not be mistaken for e-Invoices.
